Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data on kibee.studio and when you email us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, published on that app’s website and App Store page.
Who we are
The data controller is Paweł Potempa, running a sole proprietorship in Poland under the name “Paweł Potempa” (trading as Kibee), NIP 6751820942. Contact: hello@kibee.studio.
Visiting this website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. It is a static site served by Cloudflare. To deliver it and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We do this based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t use this data to identify you.
When you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, name (if you give it) and whatever you include in your message, to reply and handle your matter. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep these messages as long as needed to handle your matter and then for up to 3 years, unless the law requires longer or we need them to establish or defend legal claims.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery and security for this website, and forwarding of email sent to our addresses.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gmail): the mailbox where our email is delivered.
Some of this processing may happen outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- restrict its processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- data portability, where it applies.
To use any of these rights, email hello@kibee.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Anything else
Giving us your data is voluntary, but we can’t reply without an email address. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t make automated decisions or profile you. If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date above.
